Personalized Coaching Sessions: A total of 6 x 60 minute coaching sessions tailored to your specific needs. We will cover everything from mindset work, prenatal nutrition, prenatal fitness/movement, emotional & spiritual support for birth, practice different labor coping techniques and create space for education & self advocacy.

Holistic Nutrition Guidance: A nutrient dense meal guide that nourishes both you & your baby! The plan will include foods that focus on energy, digestion, and stress, with a focus on foods that will support each trimester of pregnancy. You will also be provided with pregnancy safe supplement support that can enhance your body's natural abilities.

Custom Prenatal Movement Plan: A personalized movement plan with specific workouts that will prepare your body for birth. Workouts will be tailored to your level of fitness and whether or not you have access to a gym. Plans will adjust based on what trimester you are in and your physical capabilities.

Guided Breathwork: Learn mindful breathing techniques that ease stress & anxiety, manage pregnancy discomforts, and prepare your body for birth! These techniques can be used in pregnancy & birth!

Mindset & Emotional Support: Fear releasing activities, positive affirmation practices, and stress management activities. Pregnancy & birth can bring a lot of fear, together we will work through any mental or emotional blocks helping you shift to a mindset of confidence and trust in your body's ability. You will receive personal affirmations & journaling prompts to create a positive mental space for birth.

Spiritual Preparation For Birth: Connect with your spiritual body through guided visualizations, connecting with your higher self, and focus on building inner strength to trust your body's natural abilities. We will also work together to create your sacred birth preferences discussing everything from setting up your birth space to pain management options.

On Going Support: Text/Voicenote support between sessions for any questions or emotional support as things come up
