Personalized Coaching Sessions: A total of 6 x 60 minute coaching sessions tailored to your specific needs. We will focus on topics such as physical recovery, mental health, nutrition for healing and breastfeeding, emotional support, and balancing new motherhood.
Holistic Nutrition Guidance: Customized meal guidance designed to support your recovery, boost energy, and enhance milk production if you’re breastfeeding. The focus is on nourishing, easy-to-prepare meals that promote healing, support hormone balance, and help your body recover after childbirth. You will also be provided with b-feeding safe supplement support that can enhance your body's natural abilities.
Custom Postpartum Movement Plan: Engage in safe, gentle postpartum exercises that help restore core strength, improve pelvic floor health, and enhance overall fitness. Each plan is tailored to your recovery stage, focusing on rebuilding strength and getting stepping back into movement again.
Guided Breathwork: Learn mindful breathing techniques that ease stress & anxiety, help you work through mood fluctuations, and connect you back with yourself!
Mindset & Emotional Support: Postpartum can be emotionally challenging. We’ll work together to process any birth-related trauma, anxiety, or feelings of overwhelm, helping you regain strength within yourself. You’ll receive tools such as journaling prompts and guided meditations that will help you stay grounded on the hard days.
Motherhood Mindset: Rediscover yourself as a new mom by working through mindset shifts, overcoming feelings of guilt or self-doubt, and discovering this new identity. You’ll learn how to embrace your new role while maintaining your sense of self.
On Going Support: Text/voice note support for any questions, emotional support, or guidance as you navigate postpartum challenges. Whether it’s breastfeeding concerns, managing your time, or simply needing someone to talk to, I’m here for you.
